Google Analytics tracking of document downloads

Add document download (PDFs, etc.) tracking to Google Analytics. Should be easy, right? Insert some code and maybe append some JS to certain links.

Hey, Ben! Google Analytics code can be edited to track downloads of documents. The tracking code should then placed in your site's Settings > Advanced > Custom Code > Header (available on the Pro plan). Please note that the built-in Google Analytics tracker in the site settings can't be used if you decide to track downloads this way.

We've also have our in-house analytics which lets you track how many times a file on your site has been downloaded.
