Currently there is no header. So a visitor arriving at your blog post via Twitter or similar has no obvious way to get to your site. There is a little button at the top that says "back to site", but from their point of view, they are already at the site, so this button makes no sense. Consequently the visitor likely abandons your site after reading the post. This is a really bad result!
The convention is that your logo is at the top left of your website, and clicking on your logo gets the visitor to the home page.
The blog page really should look like other the website pages and have the website header at the top. Thus the visitor will be able to navigate to the other interesting parts of your website.
This is important.
