To avoid confusion, it would help if you indicate in expiration notification emails that a customer is set to auto-renew and that their domain will auto-renew unless they choose to stop renewal. AT least on my team, we are baffled when we see an email about expiration when we have deliberately chosen to auto-renew and there's nothing in the email to indicate that and suggests that some glitch happened with our account.
