My business is selling flowers and gifts, so most of the time the person ordering the item from my website wants it delivering to a separate person and address from the billing details.
There is currently no option to do this so I have to make it complicated for my customers by getting them to input all this information into the Notes section. If the order process is complicated then there is more chance they will get frustrated and place the order somewhere else.
