When I'm having an email exchange with a Strikingly 'Happiness Officer' I sometimes make suggestions or highlight problems / shortcomings to them. They always reply with 'please log back into our site....find the ideas submission area.....submit the idea...' How about the Happiness Officer just takes that idea and submits it for me?...or should I say, for themselves. It's improving Strikingly and in the 10 times (or so) it's happened, this is the first time I've found the time to do it..
