I second this! An ability to add a booking calendar (for something like spa services) would be great!

It would be great if you could develop a reservation system that allow my clients to check my schedule and make appointment. Cheers team.

I know many people in the service industry (esp. fitness, health, nutrition, beauty) that have no website to promote themselves, and if they do it looks crappy on mobile. So I recommend Strikingly, but then they're missing the ability take bookings from their website. So this would be quite a welcome feature to them.

This is a missing feature for service oriented businesses, and I know several who have gone with another site platform because of this specific reason. Once this gets added, I've got a client in mind that will be happy to switch to Strikingly!

We do concur with above-comments; that should be a standard section. Since no progress, we might go for YouCanBookMe or Wix 8-(

Countless service-oriented smaller businesses have crappy websites and cannot afford a booking service. I think Strikingly would be smart to make this possible as it would enable all those businesses to create a unique web presence, AND automate their e-commerce workflows.

Hi All - I found a really nice booking service: https://www.setmore.com/

Pity that they don't (yet) have an integration with Strikingly (but they do for Weebly, Wix, and Wordpress).

You can still add SetMore on your website by using the HTML section, Sebatien!

First thing is get the HTML embed code from SetMore. Check their article here: https://strk.ly/ol

Once you have the code, add an HTML section, paste the code, and voila! You now have SetMore on your site :)

We're still looking into building a booking/appointment section for the website. We'll keep you all posted!

@HappinessOfficer Yep, they have a way to embed a button, but not the actual booking page. That said, I discovered an option to overlay the booking page when viewed on desktop or tablet, which is a pretty nice user experience.

So with an experience like SetMore I don't think I would need a home-baked booking system from Strikingly anymore - unless Strikingly can offer similar functionality for significantly less (SetMore is about $20/month with a yearly plan, and ycb.me is $10/month but not quite as rich. Both have free plans with basic features only).

FYI - Here's a list of booking/ticketing systems out there that work with Stripe:

Fynder has code that you can embed, but the back end is awful - i.e. they don't let you know when someone books in. Acuity is my current favourite. Reasonably priced and functional, but it's not a lovely looking at the rest of my site when it's embeded as it makes a clunky list of services rather than clean calendar. It's not perfect, but not bad :) You can have a look here - www.motherslove.co.uk

@HulaHen Thanks for sharing and nice site! Yeah the layout is a bit broken with Acuity. I'm impressed with SetMore so far, but now that I discovered all the other choices (from the link above) I'm curious about looking at other ones. Question for you - does Acuity support discount codes in their booking form? I know that Stripe supports coupon codes on their end, but I have yet to find a booking solution which seamlessly integrates this capability.

Hi @Sebastien Thanks :D Yes, I can set up codes for products, it's nicely specific. I can also offer discounts on other products when people purchase and do deals on bundles of products. If only it were cleaner looking!
