Most of the modern web tools support Zapier integration. would be great if you did too... Right now, all form entries end up in a spreadsheet/csv I have to download manually. This is a huge pain. I want to be able to trigger workflows in Zapier and plug that data into other applications that Zapier supports (including Salesforce, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive, etc)

In addition, please allow custom fields to be created in forms... or at least let us customize the labels and field types... thanks!
