Gallery: Simple Text/Title for videos

Would be cool to add simple titles to my videos in the Gallery section.  Either above, below or right over the thumbnail.

    HI, I would also really like to be able to add hover over text to the Gallery, like the below, where a colour block appears with the text when one hovers over, and a hyperlink...
