Editor can publish blog post

I would like to request that an Editor can publish a blog post. Since this is frequently outsourced to a marketing company... I hate to give them Administrator role and the keys to the kingdom

    Agree with this feature and would enjoy having editors or bloggers have rights to publish without being admins to make accidental changes some where else on site.
