New Domain name

I would like it if strikingly put one sentence that says "you must be on an upgrade plan before you publish your domain".

I registered my domain name and paid the fee but it will not be published because I was not on an upgrade plan, but that was not stated clearly.

I feel a little tricked and this triple step plan could be easily eliminated with clear language when you hit publish inside the site.
