Option for "mobile actions" on normal site.

Would be great to have the option to enable the "mobile actions" icons (which appear on the right-hand side of the page on mobile devices) but enabled for the standard and tablet versions of the site as well! Email would just link as a "mailto", map could open a google maps URL (new window), and the call button should display the phone number. SMS button probably not relevant in this case.
