Background Video Fallback Option for Mobile Clients

The new background video thing is awesome. But it doesn't work on mobile clients (--> background video HTML5). So I suggest to have an option where we can choose either which frame of the video the mobile users should see, or choose a different picture which is only displayed to mobile users!

    Any progress on this since December 2015? Very few people view sites on desktop these days!!!

    I would love to have the background option for video - the full size videos as background available on mobile.
