i would like to be able to pass word protect only one section at a time. This would allow everyone to see most of the page, but only active paid members who get the pass word to see the protected section.

I just upgrade to pro, one reason was I liked the password protection feature. I have a members site. I was under the impression that in pro accounts we could pass protect certain pages. Guess thats not the actual case. I have done alot of reading in the knowledge base about password protection and I have come to this idea and conclusion on how to password protect a page so to speak. Here is my plan to get it done...I think it will work? I will duplicate an entire site just for folks that want to become paid members. Then use the other duplicated site to be the actual site where paid up folks go once they become members. So, two separate sites...one free to view, other duplicate site is password protected...and for paid only members can view the site. By the way - my site is a "musicians referral" site. thelostmusician.strikingly.com however soon I will be updating it with my own domain that is @ www.thelostmusician.rocks
