Oh yes. We all need it :D
-
Please add membership options! Please please please :)
-
Strikingly team, please add this membership feature or provide a good solution to strikingly users, this is a basic feature and critical to website operator, a Facebook login even helps. Wordpress or weebly other competition already have this membership feature plugin etc.
This request serves a P1 to develop and it's been in queue since 2014 Dec, it's a long wait for everyone here. please consider implement it asap! thanks!

Membership pages would be great!
-
No matter how disappointed I feel about Strikingly never addressing this need for a membership site feature, I know of solutions that I'm using effectively for nearly $200.00 dollars a month.
I never mention other solutions out of respect for Strikingly.
It's a shame.
All this greatness and such poor customer support responsiveness.
Why is having an integrated solution like they do with other products not being addressed? It just seems so obvious a fix, but the lack of corporate will is dead obvious as far as this very issue is concerned.
Secondly, the best thing they could do to make up for would be to offer us the ability to forward domains with masking but to mask it shows up as a pop notice saying it's not cool if you don't have a pro account.
Where's the give here? Weebly does it, Wix does it etc.
Whew, I feel better for venting...lol.
Ok, I'll get off the soap box now, I feel better for venting...lol.
Kind regards,
Scotty

No need for it anymore... I have learned basic of python/django and created already my own :)
-
It has been a year and nothing has been done. I am very disappointed.

@Damian
Sell me how!

I was thinking of paying for this service for our organization and was told by email to start up a conversation here: "It would be great if you could comment on this idea and upvote it. This would also help other users support the idea. If it gets upvoted, we'll get in touch with you again if we start working on this feature." Hmm.
-
Yes, please. Maybe as simple as password-protection on sections or a page using multiple pages.
-
I agree membership function would be good for my use as well

Hello,
I'm making one last comment on this subject.
I decided to share my solution.
No names of course, just what I did to solve this issues.
I created an external URL link to another membership site software.
I got the membership site going and I got rid of all my issues with thinking that Strikingly would one day come up with a solution for us.
Cheers.
Scotty

I guess that is a work around 00thanks for the idea

Because I am a paying customer, and there has been ZERO response from anyone at Strikingly today I begin to look at alternatives to web building websites.
Ignore your customers, eventually your customers go away.

This issue was FIRST raised in this thread in MARCH 2015.
It is now MAY 2017, more than TWO YEARS LATER.
Still no simple single-page password-protection function for a multipage PRO website.
We have our answer.
Regrettably, I have now outgrown Strikingly. What was once innovative is now obsolete.
-
Yes, I also need this. a page where my users can LOG-IN, and inside of the password protected PAGES they can access restricted content, such as videos/downloads, etc. not available on the other pages
-
clearly strikingly is not listening. if anyone finds any solutions for this please let me know. Will have to outsource.
-
Need this too !
-
That is why I started to creating my own platform for member login :) But it need still some time - if you want to stay updated look for corsly com :)
-
WHY IS THIS NEEDED SERVICE TAKING SO LONG TO IMPLEMENT!!!
-
member Sign in system How to make ? Thank
-
Any update on the membership site possibility - is it going to happen?
-
I would like to see a template of an 'image or brochure repository', where customers login and can then download images and brochures. Maybe even without a logoin, but this type of template....
-
need membership page...
-
Just been told by a happiness officer that this is very complicated and a 'few' people have asked for it which is absolute tripe. Even if it was complex the first request came more than 3 years ago and how many responses from Stikingly here.......?????????????? Very few and absolutely zero comments from them indicating their intentions...I feel a public review coming on.
-
Any news on this?
-
They dont update sh*t, Im about to use httrack and copy all of my sites since I have ftp access to them and ditch strikingly. Literally I have requested several key features, and they give the same response every time. As mentioned before, we as customers could give some very 'honest' reviews on the lack of site features and customer communication. If I was a shareholder in strikingly Id be irate if I found out the devs are doing their jobs.
-
very necessary, include this option. a customer 4 years ago can leave without problems to other platforms. and what I thought.
-
After years of needed features languishing without development resources, I'm actively transitioning my sites away from Strikingly, and advising clients against it. Truly a shame.
-
Need this !!!
