For now, you may still email us at support@strikingly.com if you have any questions. We prefer emails as it's easier to track and get back to if we forget anything.     I need to cancel this service. I already have a service like yours and everything you offer is free to me within this service ... don't want to pay extra. Try to cancel by going to the page you gave but it doesn't allow me to do so. Please help

    Since you haven't implemented live chat or phone call support, please at least respond to your support emails promptly and with clarity. Your users rely on their websites to be available 24/7 and they pay for your services. It's unacceptable not to provide prompt assistance and support for such a product that is so important for your customers.

    Yup Live chat and calls is a must! I personally prefer Live chat and preference that over a phone call all the time, but some people love the phone more, so having both should be mandatory for any big service provider these days.

    I was able to get live chat for my site. I used jivochat. Visit jivochat.com for more info. It works great. Simply set up an account with jivochat, then copy the code they provide, then paste in the footer section of the custom code section under settings in the strikingly page editor. You can see it on my site at www.sellyourbulk.com.

    Very disappointed that there isn't a person I can call or chat with to assist me. I need assistance with or website issue and email issue and cannot wait til someone checks their email. This is something that needs to addressed in some way.

    I agree.  Right now I have a question that I need answered and can't figure out how to contact you!  Before site was published I had chat from the site. That's now gone.  I'm googling to find out how to contact you and this is all I've found.  Not good.

    Online help is the future, I don't think calls are necessary and they are a waste of a businesses resources.

    Look at fintech for example. Instead of waiting for an hour to talk to someone on the phone, you can chat instantly through an App. Because it is more efficient for both you and customer service to talk online, while simultaneously fixing the issue
