I would like to suggest a creation of a SIMPLE real estate INVESTOR website.
Investors ALL need this:
Place to LIST properties they have for sale
Place to get OPT IN for BUYERS that are interested in being added to their list for property notifications.
Place to get OPT IN for SELLERS that want to SELL their house.
A simple CONTACT form for additional questions
