We are having the same issue. We have several different contact forms on several pages for various events. The problem is they are all submitted to the same place (inbox) with no subject line or way of knowing which event someone signed up for. Currently we have to go through them one by one and figure it out. This would be much better if there was an option to label them. Like a subject line (that we could fill in) on the contact form. With a contact form "label" we could quickly see which submissions/emails belong where and get them to the proper department or person.
