Need more Font option for Japanese and Improving the thumbnails on the gallery page.

I have websites in Japanese though, I only have gothic type of Japanese fonts, which does not fit my website. It will be great if I have more choice like Mincho and kind of stuff. Plus I want to trim  and manage thumbnails to make it look nice when I upload an image on the gallery. Right now the images cut off if it is too big or something rectangle.
