Allow multiple font colors in all text areas

The text areas should allow multiple colors, so I can highlight key words, and provide strong calls to action.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! We've rolled out color highlighting and font size changing for specific pieces of text.

    +1

Also more fine control for font colors doesn't risk messing up the layout.

A basic WYSIWYG CSS editor, to adjust the fonts and colors of sentences or single words because it seems when when you change one sentence or column item, they all change. You have a WINNER Site Builder! The easiest no question! With some time, tweaks and some additional features could be PERFECT and the best PERIOD!

Definitely need the ability to use Google fonts without support having to do it for me.

Definitely need the ability to change size of HIGHLIGHTED sentence or phrase (eg. quote extract") within a text block, without all the other text increasing in size too.

Definitely need ability to change the color of any word, phrase or paragraph, without the color being automatically applied to all the rest of the text in the text block.

I consider these to be HIGH PRIORITY ENHANCEMENTS. These are issues I don't face when using the other site builder I use, but I use Strikingly when I need to build a site that is easy for someone else to maintain/update.

This would be awesome to have full control over font colours, maybe using the hex code system so any shade can be picked to match a company's branding. Would also be great to have access to change the default colours of the action buttons. Thank you so much David and Strikingly team!

++Votes, multiple font colors are a must have. There are times when I want a certain color with particular background pictures because it stands out better.

Oh dear....! I see from one of the comments that this feature has been in consideration for some two years to the dicomfort and annoyance of some, one of which has now departed for another website supplier. It is therefore time to..."Pull the finger out...!"

2 years later! The timeline for this basic 'feature': "We'll get to it when we get to it..." Thanks strikingly. I'm now experimenting with weebly and wix! Bye bye.

Will this ever be a feature? It's possible is most other website builders so why not Strikingly? It's really putting me off going Pro.

indeed I would like to change the font colour as with the background image I chose, white or black doesn't work. also it'd be good to be able to add text pretty easily in each section, for me this is really a make or break, I like your services but without that I can't proceed really.

This is the only thing so far putting me off from using this fantastic site for my professional portfolio, even a simple brightness option would help tremendously

Thank you for your feedback! We have been working on colors and themes for a while, and they are coming. We are focusing on simplicity first, but we will bring the rainbow without cluttering the UI. Until then, email support@strikingly.com if you need help with PRO html/css changes.
