Allow Users to Alter Text In the Product Confirmation Emails (Via Simple Store feature)

Hey there!

I set up a store page with one product and am all excited to start selling.  Did a test purchase and had a friend do one as well, only to discover there's no way to alter the copy inside the product confirmation email and invoice emails that go to the customer.  This is a problem because I am selling a virtual product and need to supply my customers with a link.  I prefer this to be automated inside of the Strikingly platform.

    Yes! I am also selling a product needing a link to access. Please add to your features.  It would not only streamline the merchant process it would make the customer experience more immediate and gratifying.

    I agree.  We are selling carbon offsets and would like to be able to remind people to use social media to tell their friends what they have done after a purchase.  This is a manual process currently. I'd like to simply add it to the email template.

    The confirmation email also states that the product will be shipped within 5 days, and this part cannot be changed. whereas we provide a 48 hours turnaround - this confuses buyers.

    This would be a great feature.  Hoping Strikingly can work on allowing us to edit all the email notifications for Simple Store.

    Yes, I agree. I'm sure more will become configurable as we use it. I'm just getting email responses sent back to contact form submissions and I don't see a way to edit a template for that, either.

    Yes agreed - we need to be able to change simple things like the sign off... I do not want to say "Cheers" to my clients.  It is too casual.  Thank you would be much better!
