Uniquely identifying leads from multiple Contact/Signup forms

We are using Strikingly for a multi-page web site and we have newsletter signup forms on each page (7 total) plus 2 different contact forms on 2 pages. We would like to be able to identify which forms generate which leads - both for sorting our leads (buyers, sellers, newsletter signups, etc.) and for knowing which pages are generating our signup leads. Being able to see a form name and source URL in the notification email and forms XLS would be great!

Thanks for sending this in! Do you have an idea in mind on what kind of labels we can add so it's easier for you to identify from which forms the responses were from? Let us know here!

It could be as simple as allowing us to name each form uniquely and then displaying these names in your notification email and forms table/XLS. For example on our site, I would name our newsletter signup & contact forms based on the page it is located on (e.g., Newsletter-Home, Newsletter- Buyers, Newsletter-Sellers, Buyers Guide-Home, Buyers Guide-Buyers, etc.)

Gotcha there, Mark! I can't promise anything right now but I've let our product team know. They're actually looking into it. We'll let you know if this feature gets out :)

Did anything ever come of this?  We are having the same issue.  We have several different contact forms on several pages for various events.  The problem is they are all submitted to the same place (inbox) with no subject line or way of knowing which event someone signed up for.  Currently we have to go through them one by one and figure it out.  This would be much better if there was an option to label them.  Like a subject line (that we could fill in) on the contact form.  With a contact form "label" we could quickly see which submissions/emails belong where and get them to the proper department or person.

Not to my knowledge - seems like an easy feature/fix that would be helpful for a lot of applications.
