  Hello, Matt! This design requires some deep coding to achieve the rollover effects that you need. I am not sure if it's something we can provide since focal points for mouse hover will be different depending on the images. 

  I'd love to know your use case though. Can you give me more ideas?

  I think the still image is a pretty good example.  I would like to have a feature photo or diagram or process graphic and be able to embed text without it cluttering up the image.  I understand that roll overs are tricky, but maybe it could require a click instead of a roll.

   

  I would use it on these photos instead of the copy underneath.
