Your current service is excellent and works - what ever you do don't change it!

Your current instant service and support is incredible but I am worried that in a few years time, when everything is going great for you, some bright spark will suggest cutting costs by reducing this service. 

Godaddy were incredible in their early days. Very helpful on the phone. Now they have cut costs and are just the same as everyone else. I have therefore close by 25 web site account with them and will go with you chaps.

Please agree internally to review you current service, write it down and agree never to change it. Yes, charge more money as a premium service but, but keep the emphasis on premium.
