I wanted to have an auto-playing, looping video side by side with a block of descriptive text. I added a section for "Conent in rows", since that was exactly the layout I needed. I expected to be able to input an embed code for a Vimeo video that contained parameters from auto-play and loop, but I found that those parameters were stripped out when the code was processed. The video worked within the placeholder, but a click was necessary to play it.
Next, I attempted to use a "Make your own" section so that the embed code wouldn't be altered. The video worked great with looping and auto-play, but now I have no way to format text to the side of the video, because the video frame stretches across the width of the page.
My request: I would love it if the video container in a fully formatted section like "content in rows" could keep embed codes intact. Or maybe they could even have a checkbox option in their edit dialog that would allow auto-play and/or looping.
