I just made my first store and the photo process was a big pain. None of my photos looked right in the live site. They were all cut off the top. I had to take every one of my photos, go into another editor, crop them, (they were already quite small) and then upload again. They still don't look very good.
Could you please put the same editor you have for the site photo editing in the Store section? Thanks!
Photo editor is a disaster process. Everything else about Strikingly is designed to be easy to understand by people who can't code. This part of the site is terrible and over the last two years I still haven't figured it out. Photo editor shows you one thing, but then it displays completely different on the site. This needs to be a priority fix, or if it's user error, then a much better helpfile needs to be available.
