Only display Cart Icon if something is in Cart.

Upon arriving at site no Cart Icon is visible.

IF something is not placed in cart, THEN cart icon does not display.

IF something is added to cart, THEN cart icon become visible and is displayed.

    Totally agree with this idea.

    Even though a visitor on a landing page which does not have simple store, he/she would see the Cart Icon.
