Simple Store - Auto Complete Orders

We would like the ability to accept all orders with out having to manually Complete them.  Our store sells Carbon Offsets and there is no need to accept orders.  By making this a mandatory step this creates wasted work, process scalability issues, and the potential for this step to be forgotten when the order volumes increase.
