If you’ve set up 2-step authentication and are unable to log into your account because you have lost access to either your mobile phone or your 10 recovery codes, please contact us for further assistance. You can send us an email at email@example.com or chat with us, attaching the following information:
- First name
- Link to your website
- Any other emails you may have used
- Last 4-digits of the card on file or PayPal Billing Agreement ID (Find your PayPal Billing Agreement Number)
Upon verifying your account ownership, we can disable 2-step authentication for you to allow you to log in.
- Disabling this setting temporarily leaves your account in a less secure state. After signing in, you should re-enable 2-step authentication to keep your account highly secured.
