Accept Google Pay in your Simple Store

All Strikingly stores connected to Stripe and/or Square will now automatically accept Google Pay for customers with a mobile wallet. Best of all, you don't have to configure anything!

Google Pay Requirements

Google Pay is automatically activated if:

  1. You have activated Stripe and/or Square in your Store. If not, check out this article on how to activate Stripe and/or Square on your Simple Store.
  2. Your customer has configured mobile wallets (Android wallets).
  3. Your customer is using an Android device.

If these conditions are met, your buyers can use Google Pay for site purchases using their Android devices.

Benefits of using Google Pay

Google Pay gives your customers a seamless way to pay for their purchases. Your customers don't have to enter their credit card information because Google Pay will use the payment stored on their Android devices.

For you, that means fewer abandoned carts and an increase in your conversion rate. You can also benefit from the hundreds of millions of users who use Google Pay.

Can I disable Google Pay for my store without disabling Stripe or Square?

Since Google Pay is connected to your Stripe or Square account, it is not possible to disable Google Pay for your store without disabling Stripe or Square.
