Email signatures are automatically inserted in at the bottom of all your outgoing emails. To set this up for your own email account, check out these steps:
2. From your email dashboard, click "Settings".
3. From the left pane, click "Identities" and select your email address.
4. Type in your signature on the "Signature" field.
- If you want to add images on your signature and add some text formatting, tick the "HTML signature" option.
Please note that images are limited to 64 KB. Keep it small and light!
5. Hit "Save" when you're done!
