Note: Please make sure that you can login to your My Strikingly Email account first before you setup your email with Mail for Windows 10.
Mail for Windows 10 (Windows Mail) is the default mail client you can use on your Windows PCs. If you'd like to easily manage your emails on your device, you can follow these steps:
1. Open Mail from your Windows PC by clicking on the Start button. Look for "Mail".
2. In the Mail app, click on Accounts > Add Account.
3. Select the Advanced Setup > Internet mail
4. Fill in the necessary details then click "Sign in":
Email address: The full email address of your account
User name: The full email address of your account
Password: The password for your email account
Account name: The mailbox name. You can name it any way you like ie Work, Business, etc., to distinguish it from other email account present on your Mail client.
Send your messages using this name: This is the name that will appear on all outgoing mail from this account
Incoming email server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Account type: IMAP4
Outgoing (SMTP) email server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Your device will try to configure your email automatically.
5. Hit "Done" once the account creation is completed, and you should be all set!
Depending on your Mail version, it might ask for other settings while you're setting up your email. Here are the settings that you might need:
Incoming Mail Server
Path Prefix: (leave blank)
Port: 993 (Use SSL)
Outgoing Mail Server Info
SMTP Server: mail.b.hostedemail.com
User Name: Your full account email
Password: Your password for the email account
