A signature is a bit of text (such as your contact information, website, or favorite quote) that’s automatically inserted at the bottom of every message you send.
Here's how you set it up in Gmail:
- Open Gmail.
- Click the gear at the top right.
- Select "See all settings".
- Scroll down to the “Signature” section and enter your new signature text in the box.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. Hooray!
Including your site in your signature and other social mediate sites helps you be found. Learn more about improving SEO here.
