Simple Store Improvements

- Allow address line 2 in the order form (which is standard for shipping)

- Allow user to decide what order information is exported (new v processed orders, email address, phone numbers etc)

- Allow store integrations with Stripe and/or other service such as Shipstation so that all new orders are automatically populated into the third party platform. This is essential for anyone selling a product. Export should be able to be manipulated and include: order #, name, address, email, price, tax, shipping,

- Turn off auto emails and let the owner decide what they want emailed to customers
