sidenotes for blogger

i m using blogger for my Strikingly webside and i m enjoying it,i have one great idea for blog the idea is to get sidenotes They hang off to the side of paragraphs and are shown when you click/touch the little indicator on the side like Medium have it. hope you like and come out with this idea.
