On sections where the Background Tool isn't available there is a toggle for two default background colors.
I'd like to be able to at least change the color of those two options via menu UI, and not have to do custom code for each section.
Having access to the whole background tool wouldn't be bad either.
Sleek Theme. Want to be able to set the two toggle options to things besides White and Gray.
